With over 21 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, most recently as Group HR Services Manager, I developed a strong foundation in customer service, organisation, and process improvement. Seeking a new challenge, bringing a people-focused and solutions-orientated mindset, I was excited to join Cleeve Financial Planning, supporting Tim with scheduling and client communications.

As a Personal Assistant, my role is varied and hands-on. I handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities, working closely with the wider team to help deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients.
