Paraplanner
I began my career in the financial services industry as a Business Administrator Apprentice within an outsourced paraplanning office, where I developed a strong foundation in the sector. After completing 18 months in the role and successfully passing my apprenticeship, I began considering the next step in my career.
Having gained valuable experience, I set my sights on progressing into a paraplanning role and actively pursued the necessary qualifications to achieve this goal. A chance meeting with Tim O’Loughlin provided the opportunity to demonstrate my skills, ultimately leading to my current position.
Over the past five years, I have balanced full-time work with professional study and successfully passed all six R0 examinations. As of February 2026, I am proud to have completed my RQF Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, a qualification designed for professionals in the financial services sector.
With this milestone achieved, I am now eager to take the next step in my career and progress from paraplanner to financial adviser, continuing to build on my knowledge and experience within the industry.
